About Us: Our Journey and Commitment

Be Noble Workshop CIC was set up in November 2022. As a CIC. we aim to work with adults and young people with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System, Care System, Mental Illhealth, Trauma, Domestic Violence, Substance Misuse and people from the BAME Community. Find out more about our work below.

  • About our workshops

Our workshops use drama and therapeutic techniques to create a safe space where we can explore the participants’ life and focus on the skills that helped them survive. We remove stigma and shame and reframe thought patterns so that they can identify transferrable skills and begin to see their unique experience as a strength.

  • What's next?

With a newfound confidence, we focus on future goals and discuss the practical needs of participants. Through role play, we practise interviews and real-world situations to develop communication skills and emotional regulation. We provide a tailor made programme which focuses on personal development, goals and emotional wellbeing.

  • Further support

Participants receive tailored, one-to-one support to identify and plan a pathway into education, training, employment or improved social life and relationships, depending on participants’ individual needs, interests and goals. Participants are signposted to support agencies to address ongoing needs beyond the lifetime of the workshop.

People with lived experience are able to offer a unique perspective into how services work and the best support needed for others. This unique perspective is being under-utilised. We can be encouraging people with lived experience to become fundamental members of our statutory organisations to ensure that we are delivering support in the most efficient way.
